Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) Forum: Time to Ax Tax?

Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa surprised L.A. business leaders by backing the axing of the city’s gross receipts business tax. So the Business Journal asks:

Do you think the city should maintain, reduce or eliminate its business taxes?
